Seemed to have everything I could need for my dad. I was even willing to pay the subscription fee if it proved to work the way we needed during the free trial. But it's advertised as being smart watch compatible, which is what my dad needs, and it's Not. I tried reaching out to customer support and they ignored me. Plus too many ads that pop up when you open the app, which would get in the way of using it during an emergency. Utter disappointement. No, I did Not confuse it with another app.

This app has potential, but I went with another app. I wouldn't trust this in time of an emergency. Too many pop ups when I first open the app. Either pop up asking me to subscribe, telling about a new feature and asking me to turn on notifications. I had to turn notifications off, because I couldn't chose what type of notifications I get. So I got marketing ones, about app features and trials. I don't want any of those.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The SOS Family app has been amazing for our family. I set it up for my mum, who is very weak, and it has given us all real reassurance. Knowing she can quickly alert us if she needs help brings such peace of mind. It’s simple for her to use and helps her feel safe while still independent. We feel more connected and far less anxious when she’s alone. I would highly recommend this app to anyone caring for a vulnerable loved one.
