I previously tried this and uninstalled because there is no inactivity alert. This app is useless if you're laying unconscious on the floor and are unable to interact with your phone. Just checked back (a year later) and this still seems to be a missing function. If I can interact with the phone, I can dial 911. I need something that will do this for me if I'm incapacitated.

Seemed to have everything I could need for my dad. I was even willing to pay the subscription fee if it proved to work the way we needed during the free trial. But it's advertised as being smart watch compatible, which is what my dad needs, and it's Not. I tried reaching out to customer support and they ignored me. Plus too many ads that pop up when you open the app, which would get in the way of using it during an emergency. Utter disappointement. No, I did Not confuse it with another app.

I'm very impressed with ease and efficiency of this app. There are so many situations where the various functions can offer peace of mind to user and their contacts. I especially like the timer function. Great FAQs and instructions. I highly recommend reading all info on the sos family website. Text, email, and phone alerts mean very thorough outbound alerting. I like that it works with Alexa too making it easy when not near my phone for me to request help.
