ever since updating the application, I can't get anything in the app to work. It gets stuck on the screen right after logging in. I've tried reinstalling multiple times. I've waited on the "connecting" screen for 1+ hours, multiple times. I've tried using the in-app support - doesn't work. I've tried emailing a support email I found on the Google Play review area - didn't work. Please help.

While I prefer using the website to the app, the latter is certainly convenient and easy to use. Size limitations of the phone's screen reduce what you can see at a glance but, overall, you can get a good indication of how well your system is performing. The biggest drawback to both the app and the website comes when you try to contact Support...nobody responds. That's not a fault of the app, per se, but it means you're better off using the phone.

Unreliable app. Mostly, it doesn't load any data. Data is hours behind, although the system is connected to wifi. 02/13/2020: Finally, tech informed about Sim problem. 3G is no longer supported. Thus, they will replace the SIM within the box. But if you are connected via wifi, it should work. Update: they finally replaced the monitoring system, which was broken. The communications are restored, but now it doesn't show what the solar is producing, just shows the net.
