Call forwarding Should have read reviews before updating the app. Where are my calls? Is call forwarding active? How do I turn it on or off if Im not home?
Great The only thing I use this app for is paying my bill and its always worked great. All these people worried about call forwarding need to just cut the house phone i mean lets be honest no one needs a home phone anymore. Problem the reason it works like crap is because twc is smart and probably spend minimum money to keep it going before its gone forever.
The app used to work well but the following have been removed: -Ability to turn on call forwarding -The ability to access voice mail for both my phone numbers (the app tells me that there was a call, who called and that there is a voice mail on but I can only retrieve it from one of the numbers. Those are the only features I used, I could care less about seeing the status of my bill, I know that it is too high why do you keep reminding me of that.
No longer operational. Can't pay bill, can't check equipment status. Force soft reboot on HTC One M8.
No cable for a week I ordered TWC a over a week ago. Friday, it was hooked up. Saturday thru Friday, it wasn't working after all the troubleshootings, technical support, and repairs on 3 separate occasions. I hate I got it!
Easy payments made simple. This is one of my favorite apps. Making payments and checking your bills history couldn't get any easier. I don't have to worry about them sending bills through the mail and destroying the environment. I can check my bill through this app. The only thing I don't like is I still get offers in the mail that I don't care about. If I want any other services I'm sure that I'll call or see if I can do it on the app. This app gets 5 stars.
