Twc app App was great about 3 months ago. It would update the amount of the bill if there was any changes for the amount. If I had an issue with a movie where I couldn't view it and I would either call or chat on line about it. The charged would be removed and it would update the change on the app. Hope it makes sense. App needs to be fixed asap. Like the way it was before. It would update right away. Yes ! I've waited 24 and 48 hrs even 15 hrs as what the reps would say for update and no changes.
So far so good I'm new to Time-Warner & quite frankly I was a bit "uneasy" as i've heard quite a bit of negative criticism. So far I haven't had any "over the top" issues. I do know this app is extremely helpful. It allows me to start looking into issues, problems, etc. Before I call on, provided I have to call in at all!! Thanks for the hard work!
Love time warner It help my paid my bill so I don't have to in the store or pay online, and it help me with my voice mail at home. When my family and I are not there I can see who called and also check my voice mail. So it a big help.
App is ok Service is not. You can add services and channels but you can't remove them, shady. When the cable or internet goes out the app doesn't even see the devices connected and just says to call. I think the real problem is poor infrastructure.
Will not work I can't get this app to work! The accept terms and conditions button isn't working for me, so i cant access the app
App is useful. Does what I need. However rating is based on the company not the app. Prices for services are terrible. Quality of services is terrible. TWC should be free.
