VoiceZone sucks Voice Zone says my account is not set up with voice mail. Deleted appbseveral times still doesn't work. Only thing app is good for is monitoring outages. I use laptop to pay my bill, this is frustrating.
Call forwarding Should have read reviews before updating the app. Where are my calls? Is call forwarding active? How do I turn it on or off if Im not home?
Great The only thing I use this app for is paying my bill and its always worked great. All these people worried about call forwarding need to just cut the house phone i mean lets be honest no one needs a home phone anymore. Problem the reason it works like crap is because twc is smart and probably spend minimum money to keep it going before its gone forever.
The app used to work well but the following have been removed: -Ability to turn on call forwarding -The ability to access voice mail for both my phone numbers (the app tells me that there was a call, who called and that there is a voice mail on but I can only retrieve it from one of the numbers. Those are the only features I used, I could care less about seeing the status of my bill, I know that it is too high why do you keep reminding me of that.
No longer operational. Can't pay bill, can't check equipment status. Force soft reboot on HTC One M8.
App Works but customer service is horrible!!'' I've chatted about 5 times this month already but nobody will fix my service!!! I'm so tired of this crap!!!! All I want to do is lay in bed and watch chann 408 and 409 before going to sleep. Is that really too much to ask????? Instead of being reasonable and giving me a credit for all of the trouble I've been having,....they keep trying to up sell me on more garbage I can't watch. Get your act together twc. I'm giving this one week to be fixed and my family will be going to dish.
