Overall quite good! The only flaw I found is if you need to activate new equipment. The new modem provided by the company isn't recognized, it STILL has my old modem's info (even though the new modem works fine). I think the rep said it can take a while for the data to refresh (24+ hrs). Other than that, PERFECT. :)
Useful, but kept restarting Making payments using the app is pretty quick and straight forward, but it keeps restarting ing the background and wearing down my battery. Occasionally catching a WiFi hot spot is nice, but not worth it for my phone overheating. I am uninstalling the app.
Honest review I am new to TWC. I've had Cox Communication when I was stationed in California and AT&T when I lived in San Antonio TX. I recently moved to South TX and only offered TWC. I was very hesitant to order internet services but glad I did. I immediately download the app like I have with my previous services and I quick like it. I do not like the clutter of everything but love the fact that you can get live assistance and troubleshooting as well. There's an integrated TWC Wifi finder which had helped a lot.
Dreadful. Remember DOS Windows? Remember how bad that was? This interface is much worse. The usability is no better. TWC could learn a lot from Cox. p.s. Don't bother downloading this. A digital wasteland.
Problems solved Problems solved with no help from costumer service. Self solved issues. They didn't even respond. I called TWC customer service to fix issues since there isn't one for the app, but they too seemed more confused then helpful. After using the app and accessing customer service through app. Issues explained, looked into, and resolved.
New Old Customer I banned TWC for my service back in 2006 until recently I came back. Their unlimited internet blows all other ISP companies out of the water. Also, I only use 1 DVR box in the living room because I can stream all my channels AND On-Demand with the TWC app on my Roku. I am a happy customer now.
