Having the same issues as many others... While I'm connected at home to TWC / Spectrum home internet, I cannot sign into this app. Need to be on a different internet connection (Wi-Fi) or phone data connection.. weird...
Spectrum app is horrible. Whats the point of access on a mobile device if its only available at home WIFI? If Im home I'll use the big screen TV. Inability to cast seems fair, but no access?!...
I like that I can do anything from viewing n paying my bill to tech support issues to chat with customer care. And the best part is no waiting on hold. Plus if in chat with an agent n go off the app it let's me know when the agent sends me a message back.
Their website says to download app for service outages. The app does nothing of the sort. Just sends signal to reset the box after 10 minutes. I could have unplugged my equipment myself if that is all the support provided. This app is only helpful if you to pay your bill or upgrade equipment which is all spectrum cares about.
When trying to connect to any TWCWiFi it always gives me 'Incorrect method, bad syntax', or "Invalid credentials, please verify credentials', however whenever I try to login to the network it says the same exact username and password i used to login to the app is incorrect, but then the TWC website let's me login. The passpoint doesn't work at all and just keeps erroring me out of the connection. Good thing I have unlimited data on my phone regardless.
The app isn't always up to date. It is easy to use but trying to get a statement before I pay is like pulling teeth. I've tried everything except uninstalling and reinstalling. Please update.
