This app sucks!!! This has to be the worst ever. Adding a new credit card is a pain in the ass. Why would you turn the expiration date, into some sliding b.s.! Versus keeping it simple. Smh
Never works Takes so long to sign in. App crashes when I try to load anything. Pointless, but will try it a bit longer. Hopefully will be better next update. I have a Samsung 7 edge device. Other twc channel app is great.
This app is useless. I've tried using chat and got disconnected from several agents and it doesn't show what I've paid so naturally it can be frustrating... Time Warner is very good with trouble shooting but not with customer service.
It's an okay app. Certainly better than dealing with them in person or on the phone. It gets the job done but I hate that I'm signed out at random times..
Far too many permissions You don't need access to my contacts, my bookmarks, my camera, my app history, on and on. None of that is needed by an ISP. I'm using this app just long enough to get a tech out to fix a busted connection, then uninstalling.
Works sometimes It will be useful if it updated properly and didn't try to get me to pay a bill I already paid.. I had to uninstall and reinstall it just to get it to update. So yeah. This comes I handy but the chat never works because the people on the other end always think you're stupid and haven't already went through the steps and they treat you like a child... And ever since charter bought out twc my internet has been crap. I am seriously contemplating going to something else because it isn't worth the hassle.
