The app is reasonable however many issues. Frustrating timer system where you have to set "off" periods to control anything. You can only set one on/off period for hot water. App glitches & becomes unresponsive. Cannot override periodic increase for hot water once started. No integration with or flexibility to use smart tariffs. When you adjust a setting you get a spinny wheel & often it just goes back to what it was before. Have to pay more to make adjustments on an already expensive system.

I'm probably being generous with the one star rating. Did someone intentionally design this app to be confusing and difficult to use? Functionality is hidden and in some cases, very limited. You must use both the thermostat settings and the app in conjunction to perform some functions. Oh, there is also a know bug with the Google home interface, no matter your settings, it always reports temperature in Celsius. Just changing the room temperature is a major undertaking.

This app works well sometimes. The problem is when wanting to change the schedule. When you push the button for schedule 1 time out of 8 or 10 it opens and allows you to change times or temperature. Most of the time only the schedule title appears at the bottom of the screen. Nothing to work with to change program. Sometimes a notice is shown which says: "Premium subscription required". What is that about? I shouldn't need premium to adjust my own thermostat. This app needs more work!
