Keep track of your Vodafone account on the go with the My Vodafone app. Track your usage, view and pay bills. With My Vodafone you can also upgrade your phone, change your plan, and get weekly treats and give-aways with VeryMe rewards.

You can also:
• Get help from TOBi, our friendly virtual agent
• Top up and claim rewards
• Add extras and manage your bars
• Check your network and Wi-Fi speed
• Manage all your Vodafone services in one place

Things to remember:

• You must be on a device with your Vodafone UK SIM card to use the app

• The first time you use the app, you’ll need to be connected to our mobile network (not Wi-Fi) to register your device. Just to note, if you don’t have an inclusive data allowance this will be charged at your standard rate

• The My Vodafone app is free, but any data you use to access VeryMe Rewards or other functions will be taken from your monthly allowance or credit

• If you’re new to Vodafone or have recently upgraded, your account information won’t be available until after your first bill

• The My Vodafone app is being rolled out to sole trader and small business customers. We’ll contact you when you can use it for your business

Horrendous experience. My home broadband went down. Fine, outages happen, not Voda's fault. So I booked an engineer visit on the Vf BB website. My account said it was booked, a text said me it was booked, got a ref number, and yet I phoned up on the day and it wasn't booked. The nearest slot was 4 days later. That's Voda's fault. The app doesn't work at all without working BB, it stays on the loading "apostrophe". It could at least show the Vf tech support number to call.

trying to register my account and i can't even set up a username, password or email - you just get stuck in an endless loop of typing in your number, getting a code, and getting redirected to the app where you CAN'T DO ANYTHING without the username and password that it never lets you set up. i've tried to do it online too, in 3 different browsers -it DOESN'T WORK. was only planning to try vodafone for a month but it looks like i can't even do that now, a total waste of a sim card, money and time

The app is impossible, I am of the mind to cancel my direct debit after more than 30 years of loyalty. Why in 2025 can I not use my phone for a basic call. Absolutely dire service. Please can someone contact me to rectify this problem. I have been into the store to attempt to resolve this problem and told, we are having some problems, this was 4 weeks ago. Its simply not good enough!!
