Incorrect usage guage The data usage gauge says I have 2MB left of 2GB when my allowance has just refreshed. Edit: now I have 1.8GB left and it says 1.8MB!
Good! The new app redesign is nice and clean, but some things must be improved, firstly where is the pin security, I want it to ask for my pin as soon as I open the app like before. Also, another little niggle is that when clicking my number, it asks for pin and the last digit must be clicked twice and then you have to click login. Finally, I want to to be able to see how much data, texts and minutes I have used.
This used to work pretty well. Now it won't open at all on my Xperia Z3 compact.
update version of Vodafone app Now it's improving but still needs to be keep updated at all times, all so what's happened to check on how much data used and billing problem now working, all still need more features like pay bills on the Vodafone app for pay monthly and to add more payments to the account and be available to add and remove addons like buy more data add ons and other add ons for pay monthly and be able to change price plans or to renew price plans and be able to do the simpler thing like website.
Retrograde Step Even worse than before. Still doesn't show true updated bill and doesn't reflect my extras. Previous paid bills not accurately recorded. Useful to keep track of usage but otherwise pointless.
New look is all style over practicality The old style immediately showed at a glance all of: credit balance; texts; call minutes; data allowance; how long until allowance renews. Now, because of the pointless speech bubble at the top, I have to scroll down to see time to renewal. And to see each of text, data and voice allowances I have to tap. To get all the info that was very usefully presented straight away before, I have to tap twice and scroll down, or go to the menu to select products & services. Poor UI.
