Unable to view extra charges Don't like the app as it is not detailed enough and you cannot view what the extra charges are for until your bill arrives!!
Still not working After the last 3 updates its still not working still saying your having technical difficulties. How shocking for a flagship phone that you neglect to test. Not seen my usage for nearly 4 months. £45 a month for pure tat. Still charging me for supposedly free sky sports mobile TV aswell. Error code from the desktop site 500, FMW_0_0001 - [1e2]
Says i am business customer. No i am not Still says it doesn't work for business customer. But i am not a business customer and have had that confirmed 3 times. Twice by customer services and also in store. Sure it would be a great app but i can't comment 6mths since getting it.
This app hasn't worked for me for about 3 months now. It just says "we're having a few technical difficulties at the moment, we're working hard to get things sorted." Clearly they're not working hard enough. Had many updates that haven't done a thing. What are those updates doing?! I don't know what's going on at Vodafone but they need to sort it. To sum up, it's useless! (At least for me)
Total garbage Vodafone, after today's update, you are pathetic. This app is a pile of crap. Every time you update it, things just get worse. Why do you bother???? Still does not recognise my log in details or my mobile number - says it's not registered. They work on the website, but not on this sorry excuse of an app.
If it tells us on the app what actually is waiting to come off by Direct Debit rather than having to go onto my account online it would be a huge help to my budgeting for the month, instead of reading a totally different figure - thank you!! Vodafone
