Beware before using this to pay your bill!! I tried twice to pay using this app and it failed both times resulting in the bank making my money unavailable for 8 working days and vodaphone have no knowledge of receiving it. Bank recommended me getting vodaphone to email them to confirm they will not try to take the money they've put aside for them, will vodaphone help? Not a chance. Crap app. Crap service. Vodafone be ashamed.
Absolutely hate Vodafone completely, from this app to the their packages they offer now. I wish I never went with Vodafone, they are a joke, and this app doesn't help keep track as it's always days behind on what you've used, they txt about your data and all these offers that cost you more money but they don't let you know if your are gonna or have done your minutes. Vodafone are a joke!
Nice and easy app to use , well laid out and easy to understand. Only real negative for me is that it takes too long to update my information....why should it take2 days to tell me I'm over my limit? It's a tad late at that point. That aside I would have given it 5 stars.
The app is easy enough to navigate through. However on both occasions when I've paid my bill through the app it's hung, but still taken my money. This gets stuck in limbo before being refunded a few days later. Not very good.
As it is called 'My Vodafone' it appears in my apps list under M instead of V where it OBVIOUSLY should be. Please remove the unnecessary, cheesy and outdated 'my' and I'll give you another star! Annoying you have to login again after update. Otherwise a nice little app.
Terrible! I paid my bill through the app, the money has left my account but Vodafone are denying receiving it. The money is in a 'holding account', waiting for Vodafone to accept it but Vodafone say there's nothing to accept! I have to wait a week and then my bank will return the money to me if Vodafone still haven't accepted it. In the meantime Vodafone are hounding me for payment and will slap on a late payment fee to boot! My advice is don't pay your bill through the app as it's not working properly!
