Makes my phone overheat .. And after every update I have to reset it so it doesn't 'help improve' vodaphone's network, which seems to involve tracking me. No sign of the 4g in my office (top floor) becoming and less crappy either. With Three and EE it's excellent.
Just ridiculous Wanted it on my O2 phone to keep track of my sons account and couldn't use it because of different network! Yet I can track my mother's EE network phone on my O2 phone! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT. He can do it on his phone but I'd like to monitor myself without having to take his phone from him!
Stay away from Vodafone My network is weaker than ever... I cannot receive phone calls. I only receive messages telling me that someone tried to call me... obviously the messages arrive half an hour after people tried to call me.... This is the most stressful network I have ever been with!!!
Customer Service - major issues!. I'm in agreement with anyone who gives a rating that is less than the best - the offers are good, however the product knowledge is questionable : on occasions one (myself) had to call FIVE times in one day to get matters sorted out - say no more!.
Poor Online Vodafone utter crap also the automated voice one. Every month I get quoted 3 different bill amounts. And website never let's me sign in. Always says site maintenance. And can never get a straight answer on why. Constantly requesting new password. Still doesn't work.
I have been with Vodafone for 18 years. Had a few ups and downs (But what company doesn't). Customer service team have all way's sorted out any problems. I usually get good network and 4G. I find the app. The best way to keep an eye on my phone usage.
