About this app

Symphony is a WiFi enabled comfort platform that’s unsurpassed in its ease of use, features and capabilities. It provides detailed system feedback in real-time and the tools to control it. Symphony marries the Aurora controls of your WaterFurnace geothermal unit with the Aurora Weblink router, providing access to your equipment from practically anywhere. Symphony is cloud-based so there’s no software to install and provides control over your entire geothermal system - not just the thermostat as in other ‘smart thermostat’ systems.

Symphony allows you to:

• View and control your geothermal system’s operation from anywhere using a laptop, smart phone or tablet using an intuitive dashboard for quick access to your unit’s status, operation history, alert history, and energy usage.
• Remotely control temperatures and programs for up to 6 zones (requires the IntelliZone2 zoning system).
• Observe and track your unit’s energy use for the last 13 months.
• Provide equipment performance data to dealers for remote monitoring and diagnosis (Premium package required).
• Receive equipment alerts and service reminders (as well as your dealer) via email and texts (Premium package required).

Ratings and reviews

Seems to be working well again. I'm very happy with it again. I like being able to see what it is doing and view Energy consumption over selectable time periods in the graphs. Helps me see how using fan only to even out temps in shoulder seasons compares to switching to Air-conditioning early to cap interior temp. Handy control over the system as well

The application isn't worth the money. It's limited in features. Even something as simple as changing temperature over time isn't possible. Overall it's a disappointment. I gave it one star for being able to modify the temperature remotely and one star for the basic reporting on energy other than that - don't let them sell you. The UI is awful and anyone used to a nest or Ecobee will be severely depressed.

I went from ecobee to this. To say I am underwhelmed would be overstated. I could see full current state of my system. Reminders to change filters off variables. I could see the full history of power, temperature, equipment usage in a line graph. It would alert me too on run times. With this I get a basic thermostat. I get more information from the website then the app. Still complete disappointing Hopefully ecobee can someday control my system. have deleted this app it is pointless.
