Points don't update My points haven't updated since February of 2016. My app is completely up to date too. Had to go to a desktop computer to be able to update my phone number after cancelling our house line. Text deals not uploading to the card even though the cell number and card number were correct on the account information. Thankfully I saved my text and they were able to override it at the register. Only ever had one card so that's not the issue.
Love this app I love the app and being able to collect points to use for gas or groceries. HOWEVER I WISH THAT WE THE CUSTOMER HAD A CHOICE OF HOW MANY POINTS WE WANT TO USE WHEN PURCHASING GASOLINE. PLEASE GIVE US THIS OPTION. I HATE USING ALL MY POINTS ON HALF A TANK WHEN ID BE HAPPY BEING ABLE TO CHOOSE HOW MUCH I WANT TO SAVE.
I can't register The app looks like it works great, but I cant register to find out. I even called the number to get help but I'll have to try again during normal business hours. Dislike for now, will update if problem is resolved.
Trying it out I just installed it and I like being able to load Coupons. I don't like the shopping list organization. I like having the coupon items available but don't like all of the extra items that I didn't add. The ones I added are at the very bottom. I have to scroll down to get to the stuff that I want while the stuff that I don't want (i.e. pet food, I don't have a pet) is at the top. I don't see a way to adjust this.
To good to be true... It functions to see the ad or your points but does not allow you to access or change basic account information or clubs.
Everything works now for this newer version but now the YourPoints page is never able to retrieve my data.
