Ratings and reviews

Everything listed is either pending or contingent and the listings are never consistent. I can pull a search and get 45 house then do the exact same search a minute later and get 90. It's not reliable and it's very frustrating for someone looking to buy their first home. Also, when houses go into pending or contingent status, they should be removed from the listing. It's like showing a child candy and then eating it in front of them. My realtor is AWESOME though!

This app doesn't actually work. It doesn't pull any homes to see even though I KNOW homes are there and available. You can see them on the website and on other sites. I was really hoping for a better experience than Trulia or Zillow but this is by far the worst of 3. Atleast the other two will show me homes even if the listings aren't up to date.

This app would have been okay 5 years ago but for today it is subpar. Missing many features from no dark mode for the midnight searching to clunky animations when you click at homes to few 3d views that them selves range from videos to odd apps. It seems like the creators haven't seen another real estate app in 3 years.
