App expelled me numerous times. Item out of stock - choose alternative - no opt out, and when one chose an alternative, would still not remove the out of stock item and message. All my items is max 3, will not proceed with checkout. Reduced all to 2 and still not able to check out. Quite cumbersome and the WhatsApp contact us is bot-driven, limited menu's.

This has been a very disappointing experience. For the second time, the same drivers refused to deliver, claiming the location is too far, despite it being only 6 km from Jubail city center. The order was canceled without my consent, and the payment has still not been refunded after 48 hours. Promoting 30-minute delivery under these circumstances is misleading.

If you have any problems with your order, you'll never get any help and never get a refund. It happened to me twice that they sent me a damaged product. The only way to contact them is by WhatsApp, the account is operated by a bot. Every time I entered my order number, it simply says the order doesn't exist. That's it, no communication, no refund, no other way to contact them. I'm very disappointed.
