I gave 1 rating because there is no option to give 0 as rating.The app makes you feel that it's 2012 and you are using a 3G internet. Secondly , if your raise grievance wrt non reachability of any paid contact, they will pick up phone and talk and we think they are listening but actually they dont intend to solve the grievance, on the flip side for payments they are very responsive team. Thirdly you get to see a good variety of profiles when unpaid, after payment new profiles r very less

Experience is bitter. After paying for a year, the profiles donot have photos, daily recommendations show NO profiles just time for the next daily recommendations. Profiles are not as per our requirements either. Highly disappointed.

if 0 stars were possible i would have selected that, after taking assisted matrimony they have not helped me in getting a single positive response. They take zero effort in assistance, they work as if login and log out is there only work.
