I've been a NakedWines member for a long time. I find the app very easy to use, and I like the ability to sort and search on a number of factors (price, ratings, red, white, winemaker, etc...). The NakedWines model suits us. We build a balance over time and order wines when we want. In all our years of trying their wines, I can only recall one wine that we returned. We applaud their ability to deliver delicious wines at reasonable prices. 🍷 🥂

Naked wines is a fantastic company. Ive been with them for about 5 years and the customer service from the start has been wonderful. The app makes it much easier to order wines. The only complaint is sometimes it won't let me place an order then when I get back on later a wine that was in my cart sells out. Not sure if it's my phone glitching or if it happens to others. Other than that its great!

Choosing wine is difficult, and seeing a list of post purchases for reordering is difficult as well; it's designed to make you look at as many new winners as possible, which i suppose is a good selling point for the wineries they're trying to solicit. The feature that really drives me nuts is their wine rating system - way way too many clicks. I'd like to have a personal list of the wines I've tried and how much i liked them.

Hi Devon, you can review your past purchases and ratings in the My Wines tab. Rating a wine can take just two taps (yes or no, save) if you're just interested in improving your recommendations. Heart ratings and text reviews are optional but helpful for our winemakers. Hope that helps, thanks for your review.
