This is a game that you can enjoy if you like team management games in general along with an intriguing and fun story. I suppose the only thing that will hold you back is your own wifi or internet connection along with whether your luck holds out at certain points, whenever that may be. But, this is a fun way to spend your time, though it's perfectly fine if this isn't your type of game; Nothing appeals to everyone equally, so if you end up liking it, good for you! The art and sillyness of the story is also a boon and can pleasantly surprise you! If you like One Piece, this is the perfect game to relive and expand upon your nostalgia. Godspeed everyone... to The One Piece!
Great game that keeps getting better. But, it does need to be more like DBZ Dokkan Battle, and stop being so stingy with giving out gems. I would also like to see what level my character will be at after feeding it other characters before I actually do it; I shouldn't have to bust out a calculator every time I want to power someone up. I would like to see permanant 2x skillup chance in the game, because without it, you may as well be throwing your skillbooks in the trash every time you use one. The Rayleigh shop is cool, but only practical for players dumping tons of money into the game due to the high cost of everything. Finally, the socket idea is good, but the execution is poor. I HATE that any sockets I don't choose to make active disappear forever, and I will have to get them all over again if I choose to switch sockets down the road. Once you unlock a socket, it should be available to choose from forever.
There's a lot going on in a really good way here. Really good in-game system to unlock new units, timing-based combat, as you progress through the storyline, you unlock the members of the Straw Hat Pirates automatically, and with the new Crystal Skulls, they're *really* good units (especially Luffy)! Great sound, great graphics... it's obvious a lot of time went into the game, and it's official Bamco material, following the actual storyline of the manga pretty well up to a point. One of the best TCGs I've played, in every aspect!
I love this game a lot! It's sad that it takes up over 2 gigabytes of data storage in my phone because I barely have enough space as it is. It's a lot of fun and the gameplay is really good. It does a good job with the storytelling aspect. Btw Fanky's other leg is missing in the Title screen.
By far the best One Piece game out there. I can't wait for each new update, just hope they one day let us trade with other players! It'll also be nice if the same quest beaten a large amount of times could just be zoomed through in order to mine for characters. The awesome filter system could also be improved to filter down to specific powers.
Pretty Good. Takes forever to level characters up though. Wish we could actually choose what kind of boosters or something we were buying also. Lot of money spent on characters that cant help in any combo and no way to finish sets. With further updates and the expanded roster its even harder to assemble a team with the necessary combination of abilities to defeat certain elite bosses. Faqs and guides boiling down to. Use this, that or this other character to win, with no way to actually get them but random chance.
