The app keeps asking for credentials all the time, it will randomly disconnect and ask you to login again. Same problem with network credentials they reset them based on their own "fair use" policy which is whatever rate they want to set it to(there's no transparency on this). The app always displays an incorrect data usage and when contacting support and sharing screenshots over email they'll still blame any problems on your usage, even when it's clearly an error on their end.

App needs "favorite location" feature (especially since the big red button to connect to a random server rarely works). Aside from that, the protocol used is a bit dated (now that the service it's built on top of employs the faster "Lightway" protocol), and a number of services do not work with it–namely Netflix. BUT, on the whole, it's not a bad VPN service. It's cheap, it works most of the time... I just wish they'd update things to add favorite location and work on increasing speed. 🙏

AVOID!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Phone was connected to VPN and persistent notification was measuring the amount of data being transmitted both ways. At some point, the VPN lost connection but the notification remained ON showing "Connected to server" but when I checked the connection with a browser, turns out THERE WAS NO VPN CONNECTION established. I have no idea how many hours I spent browsing without an active VPN connection
