The service was abysmal. Sandals in the wrong size due to app errors led to a two-week wait for an exchange reply. Then, two more weeks of futile emails and automated replies requesting the same photos ensued. No coordination among staff to fix their mistake. After a month of explaining, they claim the item's out of stock, canceling my exchange. They ignored refund requests. I'm stuck with the wrong order and useless service. This is the worst service ever.

I requested to return some products from February 6th. I was told that they would send the courier to pick them up in a few days. I've been contacting them ever since because no courier showed up. Finally, I went to the courier service centre to return the items as per namshi's request. They took the items, and now Namshi tells
