Wish I read the negative reviews first. App won't sync with the music. Paid for the starter pack to see if more bulbs in action would help. It doesn't! Can't get a refund for it either. Don't waste your time or money on this.
Well, at first it was working well. It's not a perfect sync with the music but cool enough. Unfortunately after the last updates the app just stopped working for me. Reinstalled it, cleared cache and everything but it won't work. Talking to the dev also didn't help me. I wouldn't give 1*, but since I paid for it I was hoping it would at least be functional
The idea is good but the light doesn't sync with the rhythm of the music, it gets a random blink instead following the drums or the beats... So any random change of the color or brightness is the same, it just needs to detect if it's playing music or not... I'm sorry and I know the developer really put some effort into the project, but the very basic is the app to sync the rhythm and changes color or intensity according to the beats or it's just a random thing not really related with the music
Disgusting that philips hue advertised this app in their hue app, you can only use one bulb unless you upgrade for a staggering €5.49, absolutely disgusting.
Amazing, but only while it lasts. On my phone it does not save the app's settings, and the app's process keeps getting killed by OS after 2-3 songs, even though background service is on, and I've disabled background activity optimisation for it.
Great app, but it would be 1000× better if you could use the microphone of your phone to pulse the lights to music out of Spotify, I'd definitely use this for Djing at house parties
* Hue bridge discovery minor improvement
