About this app

Transform your music and lighting into a captivating visual journey with iLightShow, the premier app designed to sync your favorite tracks from Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, and Tidal with your Philips Hue, LIFX, and Nanoleaf setups. Create an electrifying atmosphere perfect for dance, parties, or any moment worth illuminating with dynamic light effects and strobes that perfectly match the rhythm of your music.

Key Features:
🎵 Music Integration – Seamlessly connect with Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, and Tidal to bring your playlists to life. iLightShow ensures your Philips Hue, LIFX, and Nanoleaf lights mirror the energy and tempo of your music, setting the stage for unforgettable dance and party moments.

💡 Extensive Light Compatibility – iLightShow works with Philips Hue (via Hue Bridge v2), LIFX Lights, and Nanoleaf Panels, offering a broad range of visual experiences—from relaxing ambient setups to dynamic party lighting.

🎶 Precision Sync – Our advanced algorithm detects every beat, drop, and tempo change, ensuring your lights react in perfect harmony with your music. Whether for a party, dance, or relaxation, your smart lights will follow every nuance of your soundtracks.

✨ Customized Visuals – Personalize your experience with adjustable strobes, flashes, pulses, and custom color palettes. Fine-tune your light effects to match the mood of each song for a fully immersive music experience.

🎛️ Interactive – Take control of your lighting effects with manual strobe controls and group synchronization for an ultimate party atmosphere. Whether you're hosting a small gathering or a full-on dance party, iLightShow brings your lights to life.

How It Works on Android:
On Android, iLightShow analyzes the music directly from your streaming service (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, and Tidal) to generate stunning light effects. While the microphone is used for initial calibration, the app does not rely on direct microphone input for continuous light syncing.

Requirements:
✅ Philips Hue Bridge v2 (required for Hue lights)
✅ OR/AND LIFX smart lights (no bridge required)
✅ OR/AND Nanoleaf panels (iLightShow does not support Nanoleaf Essentials)
✅ An account for at least one supported music service: Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, or Tidal

Elevate your music experience with iLightShow and transform your space into a dynamic light show that syncs with your favorite tracks. Download now and make every moment—from chill nights to high-energy parties—unforgettable!

Was a great app but has some issues. First issue is I could never get microphone syncing to work. It would not react to audio even after giving microphone access. Second, today it has used 45% of my device battery of background usage. I have not opened the app at all and when I did the sync feature was off. I forced stopped and disabled background usuage in the settings, but the background usage time keeps going up! I will likely need to uninstall to stop battery drain this app is running rouge

I'm sorry but you might have made a mistake since ilightshow doesn't use the microphone at all on Android.. are you sure it's the app that causes all of those issues?

Best app for the Philips Hue i've used, and totally worth paying for the pro version. The app syncs with music directly through your spotify app which produces better light patterns than the ones that sync through the microphone. Only reason I didn't give a full 5/5 rating is because you can't control multiple lights separately (ie. All lights must be the same color, can't have each light be a different color).

Hi there, Thanks for your review :-) Actually, the lights are split into small groups depending on your setup (automatically). I’d suggest you to try to restart the app, there should be another pattern. I’m also working on adding more controls over this! Cheers, Nicolas

The developer quickly responded to me and informed that he's working on a new release of the software. My original complaint is about the syncing of the lights appearing to be random instead of actually syncing. I will give three stars now because the developer was so quick to respond and with a possible solution. I will withhold judgment until the new version comes out. Thank you Nicolas.

Hello Travis, I’m sorry for the bad experience you had with the app. Feel free to contact me if you mind providing me with some examples. The app is definitely not doing random animations, but using more than 10 lights adds latencies that might give you this feeling. I’m working on a new version that will improve this! Cheers, Nicolas
