You can set a schedule for each user so their calls and text messages automatically goes into silent mode during the set timeframe. Simply click on add contact then select a contact from your phone book or add a name and number manually. Then, set the time frame you want their calls to be silent (Note that you will still get their calls, SMS but you won't be able to hear them during the set timeframe). Now go get some sleep!
