The Narwal Freo app allows you to control the Narwal robots remotely, view its working status anytime you want, from anywhere you are.
Using this app, you can unlock the more advanced functions of Freo!

[Multiple Cleaning Modes]
Freo is equipped with 5 cleaning modes, including Freo Mode, Vacuum and Mop, Vacuum then Mop, so that you can choose the one that suits your floor the best.

[Customized Cleaning Plans]
Long story short, you can customize in any way you want! You get to decide the cleaning sequence, frequency, even the mopping pressure and moisture of the robot via this app, so that you can get the most flawless floor in just one click!

[Spot Cleaning]
Only one specific area is dirty? You can select that one place on the app, and Freo will head out to clean!

[Map Management]
Merge and divide rooms as you want! You can even set no-go zones to make sure Freo doesn't intrude!

[Customized Cleaning Reports]
At the end of each cleaning plan, you can see how Freo made your floor spotless through a customized and engaging short video!

Ratings and reviews

Was working perfectly until the last update. It doesn't keep my settings. If you set a schedule it will repeat the first room over and over. The only way to stop it is to do a factory reset. Otherwise it just keeps trying to redo the task. There is no fix until the software gets updated again. I only had it for a few months and now it is a $300 brick. Don't waste your money.

NOT worth the price at all. App nice when it works. Cont issues with NF Z Ultra within two weeks of purchase. Two lengthy contacts with support and no resolution, telling me to wait for app/firmware fix. Multiple things tried, mult screenshots sent. One month later, no fix. Problem: I'll send robot to vacuum on various settings and it returns home after couple min saying unreachable. One rm will vacuum as requested all others have issues each time. Mopping is just okay. Very dissatisfied.

It's not the easiest to use. It's hard to find the advertised settings. The interface is clunky. I don't know how to tell it where my doormat is so that it doesn't mop that area. I know that's a feature, because you can have the mop area lift up to prevent wetting carpets. But I told the app I didn't have carpets, so I started over my re-mapping the house, and it didn't ask about the carpets the second time. 😢 Other features work fine.
