The calculations are of a high enough accuracy for almost all amateur astronomy applications.
Due to the fact that astronomy is often best when far from civilization where mobile signal may not always be reliable. Therefore, this app is (almost) completely self-contained and does not require any internet connection for most of the information available. The only exceptions to this are the SOHO solar images and NGC/IC, Messier, Caldwell and Binary star images and weather forecast which are loaded dynamically, as well as the refreshing of satellite, comet and near-earth asteroid data.
Night mode turns the display red for night observations without having to ruin your night vision.
The Sky Map makes use of the direction sensors of the device to show the sky above (or below you). Most of the features can be toggled in the settings. The Sky Map also allows you to turn on the device's camera to see the view behind the device with the sky map superimposed over it.
The direction sensors of the device may need to be calibrated if the map appears to be pointing in the wrong direction. To calibrate the device's sensors wave the device in a figure-8 pattern. If the direction is still off, then the direction calibration can be adjusted manually by changing the setting in the Settings screen.
The observation log, allows you to save observations in the applications, as well as manage a list of astronomical equipment and observing locations. This equipment is also available for use in the Telescope Calculator.
Most of the data screens have an option to share the data via email, or other similar apps able to accept HTML content.
The Astronomical Time is also available as a Home screen widget. To use the widget, the app needs to be installed onto the internal storage instead of the SD card, otherwise it will not be available.
The Russian translation of the application is courtesy of Lirvux.
Some permissions are required for correct functioning of the app:
Location - used to determine user location throughout the app
Camera/Microphone - used to allow camera background in skymap. The microphone is never used but this permission is bundled with camera.
Photos/Media/Files - used to allow proper functioning of the full screen images and caching of images
Network access - used to do online searches, and downloading comet, asteroid and satellite data, object images and geocoding.
The app is jam-packed with features:
- Observe the sky with the skymap, planisphere, aurora forecast, polar finder, weather forecast, daylight map, SOHO images, Jupiter and Saturn's moons, Moon and Sun calendars and what's up.
- Detailed object information on the planets, constellations, comets, exoplanets, meteor showers, near-earth asteroids, satellites, as well as the full NGCIC, Caldwell, Messier, 6th catalog of Visual Binary Stars by the USNO and General Catalog of Variable Stars catalogs, as well as a SIMBAD search.
- Calculate angular separation, atmospheric refraction, magnitude, coordinate conversions, visual limiting magnitude, precession, redshift, and telescope airy disc, f-ratio and magnification
- Astronomical references, glossary, HR diagram and stellar classification.
- Astrophotography tools for exposure time, CCD resolution, Untracked exposure time and optimal f-ratio.
- Emphemerides for eclipses, equinoxes, conjunctions and oppositions, the sun, moon and planets
- Observation log
- Astronomical time

This is my first app. I know it is really simple and not that useful, but I still wanted to upload it to get some advices on what I could add or fix!
Here is what it does:
-it tells you if a number is prime
-it finds a number's divisors
-it tells you the factorial of a number
-it reduces a fraction to its lowest terms
-it finds the greatest common divisor (G.C.D) of the numbers you write
-it solves quadratic equations
I'll add new features soon!
I am uploading this app for free, so please don't be rude if you decide to rate it :)

[ LastPass update round 2: I automated the exploit for Facebook, as described in my blog post. If LastPass changes things up again it will stop working and may take a few days to get back up, but hopefully this time they will realise how ineffective this is and stop exposing their users to this vulnerability. ]
ClipCaster is an open source proof of concept app that shows how any installed app can read passwords when they're used from password management applications.
Ars Technica article: http://ars.to/1vwcmT0
Finds credentials when using RoboForm's 'fill-in' feature for Chrome (Android version at least 4.3) and KeePassDroid.
We do NOT store the passwords or send them anywhere; this app does not even have the Internet permission. The only place they are used is in the notification when they are sniffed.
Now on the open source app store, F-Droid: https://f-droid.org/repository/browse/?fdfilter=clipcaster&fdid=com.actisec.clipcaster
Scope of ClipCaster
ClipCaster will automatically detect credentials when used from RoboForm filling out fields in Chrome (thanks to Robert for the tipoff) and KeePassDroid's copying notification.
ClipCaster also has a clipboard history, collected while the app is switched on. Just hit the 'history' icon on the main app. With this you can see what any app is doing with the clipboard.
Scope of vulnerability
For all password managers: if it requires you pasting your credentials, it is vulnerable. If the manager has a built-in browser or keyboard, using that feature will almost definitely avoid the vulnerability. If the manager doesn't, type passwords manually to avoid the vulnerability
For LastPass: Even though it doesn't mention it, the 'fill-in' feature (the one that pops up with credential choices, as in the screenshots) uses the clipboard and so is vulnerable. The alternatives are: the LastPass keyboard (or input method as they call it), the built-in browser, or using a mobile browser with a browser-specific LastPass extension such as Dolphin.
If you're unsure whether a password manager's feature is vulnerable, ask the developers of the password manager. Alternatively, email email@example.com and we will attempt to check it out.
No permissions required

See that Android phone in your hand? That's not Intel inside - it's powered by an ARM processor. The 'A' in 'ARM' stood for Acorn, a visionary British company that produced the seminal BBC Micro, and thirty years later - coming full circle - your phone hosts its venerable ancestor today.
Have fun reliving classic games from the 1980s, hosted by BBC Micro preservation website stairwaytohell.com - any questions, please email email@example.com
Works at the full 50 frames per second on most recent powerful Android phones and tablets. This means anything significantly better than an HTC Desire or Nexus One (except, annoyingly, the brand new Galaxy Nexus, because it has the archaic GPU from 2010's Galaxy S pushing 240% of the pixels), or any Android 3.x or 4.x tablet. If you try to run this thing on something like a Wildfire or a ZTE Blade, please don't whinge to us that it runs like a dog - just go and buy a Galaxy S II already ;) It's an extremely faithful emulation, way moreso than other machines' emulators, but if you think you can make it quicker, get involved - it's open-source - code it!
Works with the specialised controls of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play (but doesn't run at 50 frames per second).

The rights to the BBC Micro ROMs are believed by the emulator community to have effectively fallen into the public domain, having lain unclaimed for many years - Acorn itself is of course long bankrupt, and the documentation for the rights is rumoured to have gone down in the World Trade Center on 9/11. If you believe that you have a claim to the ROMs that has never been disclosed to the emulator community, or indeed has never been proven under law, remember that this is a labour of love, a free and open source preservation effort, and so please talk to us in the first instance, cheers!
