Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.

To use the NBT Financial Bank Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a NBT Financial Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

No matter what I do cannot get into my account I have called the 4 times today, I have uninstalled this app and installed it 4 times, I tried about 6 new passwords. It tells me it is on the banks end, try again later. It would be easier To tranfer our funds to another bank.

Will not download. Called & was told that no one else has reported problems. So I guess next week I will no longer be using mobile banking, when old app no longer is supported.

I don't like how it has everything pending takes for ever to take out. Don't sent me text messages any more when I have an incoming deposit.. go back to on-line
