I think the transition was a little rough, but once it settles, it's fine. I like the ability to add external accounts, open accounts right from the app, and being able to see what you spend your money on the app, sorted by category, is very nice. Some parts are confusing though, like when you press alerts, and try to manage your card it says you don't have sufficient permission. It's a little confusing what it means then.

Thank you for downloading the new app and allowing some time to adjust to it - change is not easy! It’s so nice to hear you are finding new features that you like. We are aware of the Card Management Alerts not functioning as expected and agree, it is confusing. We are working to get those security features working ASAP and apologize for the delay.

Useless...previous app was much better. Now, to check on purchases, you can't just look. You have to click on every transaction. I can't find the easy 4 digit passcode. The on-line change is just as bad. Ever hear "If it's not broke..."

I used to be able to see where all the transactions were from right away. Now all it says is PREAUTHORIZED and I have to click on everything to see where it's from. It's hard to keep track of a list of transactions when they all look the same next to each other. This is the only thing I use the app for, I've been on the app for five minutes and I'm already annoyed with it
