This is probably the worst insurance app I've ever had the displeasure of using. It works great for pulling up your insurance ID card, but that's about all that it does well. When trying to submit a claim, it gave me an error and I had to call it in anyway. During the claim process, I also tried to change the repair facility through the app 4 times, and it still defaults to the original shop. When you're in an accident, you need things to work, and this app does not.

Constantly have to reset password app has plenty of glitches, but the most aggravating thing about this app is having to reset your password. Every time you'd go to make a payment. I am sick. I have wrote down passwords. Screenshot passwords took pictures of my phone of the passwords. Pull them on my calendar. Everything else but but I hate this app.The cows of having to reset a password every time I go to use the d*** app!

A LOT better coverage, at a more affordable rate! But if your auto payment does not go through, don't expect a call to tell you that it did not go through. No they just cancel your insurance then send you a letter of cancelation. No insurance for a few days, well I needed to get a policy at progressive, less coverage and double the cost. In 6 months nationwide will insure again. What happened to calling, text your client and give them the chance to pay it, instead of just canceling the policy.
