The video call never connected on either of our ends after waiting an hour for the soonest appointment. I then had to load the app on an iPhone and wait another hour. There was no way to contact them other than the app. There was no chat feature for emergencies. There was no way to refresh the video feed.

My dog got into candy after hours. My choice was go through emergency, wait and hope, or try this service that came with their insurance. It was a bit of a pain to set up (- 1 star) and I would have preferred a phone number. But, once I got the app installed and my Nationwide account set up it was easy enough to chat with someone. Very fast and efficient. I have been impressed with the follow-up making sure my dog was doing well. Great service, app could be a little more intuitive .

Very thankful for this app. My 2 year old Frenchie was having issues with throwing up at night. I put in my concerns and was called back fairly quick. The vet was very informative and gave me some suggestions to try. He also informed me that he created a journal for me to check out and turn to along with letting me know that I could call them back at anytime and a vet could add to the journal. Very happy with my experience with Dr. Roger 😁
