This is not a critique for NativeBase, but more of react native. I think the performance is laggy and not as smooth as a true native android app. Tested on a one plus 3T with the latest hardware and still notice lot of stuttering in animations.
It's a wonderfull UI i think. But, Chekbox and radio button aren't working on my side. The tabs example looks broken after changing device orientation from potrait to landscape.
Don't understand why people are complaining about the performance. Runs great on my device.
Its not good for android. I can't open drawable by swiping right. I can't swipe between tabs, also performance and animation in deck swiper is not a smooth
Better than without it - but with the design coming close and great animation performance, it fails to properly implement the side bar, support for the back button and the side gesture. Could honestly probably be better than native Android. Will just need a little work.
Performance lagg. Stucks at end of drawer closing. As well as, very limited feature set compare to native
