Mammal Tracker I love this!
Can't register Looks great but it won't let me register, so I can't submit my sightings. Irecord comes up as page not found if I try a different link. Have uninstalled and tried installing again but no change.
Great app This is a fantastic app really simple , clear and well set out .
Great app, needs footprints etc. This app makes it really easy to participate in 'citizen science'. The only thing I would add is a guide to footprints, fur and droppings as we find evidence of mammals more often than we see the mammal itself.
Very good A very handy field application for capturing mammal sightings. The results go on to the iRecord system and hence to the British Mammal Society. All in all a great way to make sure that your mammal data ends up being shared with the right people. If you find this kind of tool handy you may also wish to have a look at BTO Birdtrack, iRecord Butterflies, iRecord Ladybirds and UK Dragonflies.
Won't allow me to change dates As I don't spend my life with my phone in my hand and when I do have it there is rarely a signal I wanted to add my sightings for the last week. ¬But No! Only today's date is acceptable. ... hardly scientific. ¬ I'll just arrange with all the mammals to be within mobile phone masts and pre-arrange with me that I am carrying my phone............ TOSH !
