About this app

The application to start the client incorporation process (hereinafter, the "application" or "PIC") constitutes a tool through which both people (hereinafter, "User / s") who wish to contract with Naturgy BAN , SA (hereinafter, Naturgy or the Distributor) the provision of natural gas service through networks such as registered gas companies (hereinafter, “Registered / s”) interested in executing internal installations of homes, businesses and / or industries in the Naturgy area , they must register to be able to manage and receive requests through the PIC.

Registration

Both the User and the Enrollee must register in the application by completing the data required in the "Registration Form". To this end, they have to provide true and up-to-date information, each of them being responsible for the veracity of the data provided. Naturgy does not confirm the identity declared by the User.

Those people who have the character of employees or carry out tasks entrusted by Naturgy or companies contracted by the Distributor may not register in the application as Enrolled.

The main objective of PIC is to improve the current tools to register a Naturgy client, and in parallel, to ensure that the rest of those involved -Users and Enrollees- have in the application a detailed information and communication “space” that allows a More efficient and modern incorporation process to the supplied service.
