Ratings and reviews

Initially, Navi Finserv was great especially with zero processing fees, which made it stand out from other lenders. The process was simple and user-friendly compared to others. But now they’ve started charging a processing fee, which removes their biggest advantage. This was the main reason many users chose Navi in the first place. It’s really disappointing to see them move towards the same practices as other providers. Hope they reconsider this change.

I have been using Navi for my daily transactions. Overall, the experience is smooth and user-friendly. However, occasionally payments fail, and during mobile recharges, the amount sometimes gets stuck or delayed. That said, Navi’s interface is clean, fast, and easy to use, making it a convenient option for regular UPI payments. With a few improvements in transaction reliability, it can become even better.

Hello Navi Team, I am very grateful to you for this fantastic app. I have a request for you: why do you release updates so frequently? I updated the Navi app just a few days ago, but it is already showing another update available. I have used other apps as well, but they do not release updates as frequently as yours does.
