■Location Information/GPS
・When using navigation, please be sure to secure it with a car mount to improve the accuracy of location information.
・GPS uses weak radio waves. To improve reception strength, please install it away from the vehicle frame.
・High-precision location determination may take time with MVNO network terminals or Wi-Fi model terminals.

■Supported Vehicles
• This app considers the following types of cargo vehicles subject to regulations: regular cargo vehicles, semi-medium-sized cargo vehicles, medium-sized cargo vehicles, and large cargo vehicles. Special vehicles (including, but not limited to, those exceeding the general limits set forth in the Road Act and Vehicle Restriction Ordinance) and towing vehicles (including, but not limited to, trailers, double-trailer trucks, etc.) are not included.

• Some functions allow for the creation of routes that reflect customer-specified conditions; however, please use these functions at your own discretion and responsibility.

• We assume no responsibility whatsoever for the use of these functions, to the extent permitted by law.

■Operating Environment
• Android devices with Android OS 10 or higher.

• Cannot be installed on devices without GPS. Furthermore, even with GPS, the app may not be usable on devices that cannot receive GPS signals (QZSS) within Japan.

• Navigation uses a significant amount of memory (RAM). Cannot be installed on Android Go devices or devices with less than 2GB of RAM. For optimal performance, we recommend using a device with 4GB or more of RAM. *Please note that while the app runs on the Android OS, the OS itself constantly uses several GB of memory.

*The app may not function correctly if there is insufficient memory.

*Approximately 5GB of free storage space is required for downloading maps for offline navigation. (Data size: approximately 3GB)
