You can manage pretty much every bit of your account on this app, love that they finally added Fingerprint Authentication support for my phone. The app does have issues logging in sometimes, telling me my account was locked even though I can log in from mobile web.
You broke the app. I can no longer zoom in to edeposit a check. It will not focus AT ALL and at the same time, declines my edeposits for it being too blurry. Yes, im aware its blurry, its your programs fault. Thanks a lot for the update, you really improved it by making it almost useless. My camera works just fine, its your app.
I'm running the most recent version of this app on Android 6.0.1 (LG Stylo 2), and I can't use mobile deposit. This is the second phone I've had that mobile deposit won't work on. I've tried tech support, and after some very basic level troubleshooting, they were stumped and had no further suggestions. I would think having a working mobile deposit feature would be a priority, but it appears not to be.
Cannot complete mobile deposits because NFCU will not accept the image quality from their app that STILL does NOT FOCUS my Samsung galaxy. Auto or manual mode the same. NFCU rejects my deposits because they are blurry, readable but blurry. I called and reported January 3rd they couldn't fix it then and said that it was a known issue and they would put in a ticket to the app developers. Making deposits is impossible as NFCU no longer supports Chrome browser on my PC either. Very frustrating impasse.
Overall, its a good app but i think it could use a few things. 1. The picture of the head beside member's names should be changed to allow members to put pictures of themselves in its place so they know it's their login page by seeing their name and their face. 2. Having the navy federal messaging system that is on navy federal online within the app itself would be a great feature. 3. Something useful the navy federal app could have is somewhere in the 'Contact Area' of the app, there could be a box or somethings that shows the wait time to speak with a member representative. 4. The app itself could use a little bit of a modern update. I mean keep everything just make it look different/new.
This app or bank is going down hill. The scheduled transactions are just disappearing for 2 days. And now theyre wrong. Had it worked out that bills would be coming out and still have some cash. All of a sudden I'm in the red. So I guess just don't trust the scheduled transactions anymore
