Love it for the most part I love this app, everything is simple and very user friendly. Only complaint I have is with Bill Pay. I don't like that I can't edit, create, or change reoccurring payments. I constantly address my budget so I need functionality in all aspects like the online version from a desktop...which maybe I'm the only one with the problem, but when I use the web version of NavyFed from my phone the bill pay does a pop-up window and does not allow me do like on desktop.
Login Issues I've had to change my password 3 times already because it just doesn't recognize my password. I know I'm typing them in correctly, and nothing is missing from my accounts, so must be a technical issue. Pretty annoying, like the app otherwise.
I just don't get it Not sure what I'm doing wrong but for the last couple months my account is becoming overdrawn. I track my spending and still there are charges processing twice or something I really don't like the online thing
Mostly great The updates have resolved most of the previous issues. Very streamlined and easy to use. My only complaint now is that every time I go to move money around between my accounts, the app micromanages me by saying "we noticed you recently transferred money, do you want to make this transfer?"... Yes, I do, that's why I'm doing it. It's annoying to constantly be asked if I want to do what I'm trying to do.
Doesn't work at all Ever since they added fingerprint support it simply never works. The first login is OK, after that it always says unexpected error when logging in. It does not work until I erase all data and go through the setup again and then it repeats with unexpected error again.
eDeposits complely broken Since sometime in early 2016, eDeposits is completely broken. Which is unfortunate, since previously it worked without issue. The rest of the app works well, but not having the ability to deposit is a problem. Contacted support and provided a logcat, but no update or fix in sight.
We fixed an issue prevented some of you from applying for an auto loan. Also:
* Apply for a pre-approved auto loan. Know the exact car that you want, snap a photo of the VIN barcode to make it easier to get a quick decision.
* Improvements to payments- schedule one-time credit card payments. Make additional mortgage principal or escrow payments. We now check for recent or scheduled payments so that you don't pay twice.
* Retrieve forgotten usernames or Access Numbers from the sign in screen.
