You get what you pay for! Works good when within wifi range, and your device is connected to same wifi network as the device. But when you leave the wifi range and someone pushes the doorbell, you will not get a notification on your device. And if you're lucky enough to have the app open and it's simply minimized in a task tray, then you will get a notification. However, it may be 20+ minutes after the doorbell is pushed. Goo luck, stick to Ring Doorbell, spend the $ get better quality.

Notification will not pop up on phone to view video unless the app is opened on the screen. When you go into the app after you hear the doorbell, it is a long wait before the picture pops up (if it does). I got it to work a few times but now it does not work. The doorbell rings, but the notification does not pop up on my phone to answer. And what videos I did get was not saved. The only thing that is saved in the phone is pictures, not videos. Instructions to set up the app are not clear.

It will not bind, it just keeps saying failed to bind. It worked for about 2 months when I first got it now it doesn't. No pictures no nothing, the doorbell part has a delay in ringing 😔. When it fell to bind it says the contact customer service but there's no customer service 🙄😡. I've tried to do this at least seven times maybe even more. It is nerve-wracking that this thing is not working anymore.
