The absolute worst app ever. It freezes up constantly. I Constantly have to keep logging in after every scan. Then everything I scan comes up not eligible, even though I bought it before. It obvious that they don't care. With all the 1 star reviews. It should have been fixed months ago. But here we are at the end of the year and we will lose our benefits because the ridiculous won't work and they won't fix it. - 5 stars.

Ditto to all reviews posted under 1 star. I've used NationsOTC for almost 2 years without a hitch. That includes the online service UNTIL I downloaded this app! The reps by phone are exceptional. However, they are not IT trained. It's a real shame, I must call to use a rep to place an order! 4/18/24 One year later I am really pissed with seeing new graphics & functionality, but unable to check out. After ordering by phone, I asked about a current app, and told "Benefits Pro" & here I am, AGAIN!

Ever since I've had no choice in who deals with benefits for my program not happy when I thought the app would be a good idea it just reinforced my confirmation of how bad they really are. The only thing this app does is allowing you to place an order for your benefits That is IT you can't chat with someone there's a problem, of course they're always are problems. No more 24/7 no chat. It would have been nice if they might actually deliver the items..
