UPDATE: Finally logged in but now it keeps saying to update the app to the latest version. I already have the latest app version. I go to scan an item and the scanner is gone. Developers can't do anything right! OLD REVIEW: I scan an item in the app and it says it's covered. When I go to pay for it, it won't cover it. Now the app isn't even loading. It opens and tries to load and nothing loads on the screen. Horrible app.

I went to check on an order couldn't get in it wanted me to update and I keep trying but it won't even update. Just anterior report. This is horrible especially when I need certain health items and can't get them. Why fix something not broken then break it totally. I need my items so do many others. 😩 and let the ones who couldn't get their last order in credit for what they had at the time of this crash.

Once I got it installed and opened, the app worked great. I could scan items to see if they were covered by my otc benefit. After checkout, it adjusted my balance quickly. The issue is getting the app installed and opened. The provider should send all subscribers a link. Secondly, the password keeps getting dropped, and I had to start over. Finally, I set the biometric function, and it asks me to submit it four times, then tells me error, and THEN opens. A decent app, just needs work .
