Downloaded the app on my Google TV. Logged in with the same provider login I use on my phone app, but it didn't sync across devices the way it should. Now there's no way to log out or disconnect the app from the TV so I can try again to get them to sync. I've tried uninstalling and clearing all data but nothing worked. Kind of hard to pick up a show where you left off without working sync. Also seems in bad form to have an app that is impossible to sign out of.

This app has become awful. I had no issues with it earlier this year. Hadn't used it for awhile, decided to reinstall it and check out the show/movie selection. Was delighted to see the Harry Potter series, and decided to rewatch them. As many of you know, there are 8 movies, most of them 2.5 hours a piece. This app has buffered and disconnected me so many times, hardly ever saves where I left off, have to watch 50 million ads to find where I left off, plus it's a pain in the butt to skip ahead or behind. One movie took an extra hour to watch. This app definitely tests your patience. I have a great internet connection and have never had any issues with other cable channel apps. I will most likely uninstall this once I'm done with the final HP movie. Looks like others have similar issues and SyFy's app developers or whoever has yet to fix the problem. It's a shame really, SyFy looks like it has some interesting shows 🤷

1. Doesn't work on Google devices, anytime you click on an item once opened it immediately closes the entire app. 2. The options upon closure are to close or send feedback, however the feedback selection doesn't work. 3. The list of cable providers which you must select from to use the app are randomly listed and there are hundreds of them so it takes forever to set up. 4. The watchlist feature does not work on app as in the app directions. (Was able to install on Amazon devices) 5. Once you have selected a movie there are a bunch of commercials which you can not fast forward through. 6. If you close the movie part way through it doesn't save it but rather you must start it from the beginning and while you can fast forward through the movie, you have to watch all the commercials again. 7. Fast forward and reverse if used frequently results in the movie stopping and you have to go through commercials again when you reopen in attempt to get back. 8. Review on this also just disappeared the first time I wrote it and I had to rewrite it from the start! This is without question the worst cable provider app I have ever used
