Great shows, horrible app. 1.Glitches 10-20% of the time. 2. If you stop the show( or it glitches) you'll have to start all over, does not hold your place. 3. Can not download shows. 4. Layout of app is embarrassing, just plan old. It's not 2005 anymore. Please fix, I love the Syfy network, just not it's app.

Chromecast. Pause, minimize or do anything and the app restarts at the beginning with no way to fast forward - just more ads. Would gladly upgrade score if would fix.

App is completely useless. You can't do anything. If you press pause, rewind, forward,cc, anything it just sends you to commercial and the show starts all over again. App needs a serious upgrade or do over because this one is absolutely useless.

I use apps from most of the other channels this is a terrible app . Not sure why the app needs to have access to my photos in order to allow me to login. I deleted this app about a year ago and tried it again I'm deleting it again

So many ad breaks it's nearly unbearable. The app isn't user friendly or reliable already. Ad breaks are like the cherry on a tab sundae.

Thank you. I need to select my cable provider which I am totally ok with. However, the statement saying that I need to select my cable provider is covering over the list of cable providers.....this means I cannot actually select my cable provider therefore I cannot use the app.

Thank you. Fix your app. It's garbage!! Constant buffering. I'm uninstalling this and going back to watching syfy on the tele.
Chromecast support is terrible. Randomly starts it over, can't seek or skip...just starts over.

How have they not fixed the scrubbing issue? The developers need to be getting it together and working overtime.
Can't log into my provider. Every other app works. This is the only streaming app that won't log in.

Syfy is one of the worst networks around, including this app. Shows are nuked months before they are set to expire OnDemand, and then aren't even available on the app, which also hangs just trying to pull up the settings. They leave clips of shows that ended months ago, but maybe a couple episodes of something else, but not an entire season. What's the point? Syfy really doesn't care about its viewers, which is evident by their extremely low score.

Thank you. Streaming to Chromecast and minimized the app on my tablet. I opened the app again to pause and the app started the show from the beginning. It won't let me skip back to where I left off. Each time I try, it starts from the beginning again. This needs to be fixed. Practically unusable as it is now.
Useless without access to back catalogs of shows. Why even have the ability to sign in with cable subscriptions if you don't have any episodes to watch. That's the whole point of apps in my opinion. This is why people pirate.
Months after I have notified the developer of the issue, there is still a white bar on the top of the screen where the notification bar usually is. I only have this issue on the SyFy and other NBC Universal apps - no other streaming apps I use (which are a lot) have this issue at all. Very frustrating, and it looks like this issue will never be fixed.
Nearly unusable. I use this app with Chromecast to watch face off, but if I touch ANYTHING on this app the ENTIRE EPISODE restarts from the beginning! If I turn subtitles on or off, if I try to skip back or forward, if I pause it or play it, it starts back over and I have no choice but to watch it all over again. Besides that, its somewhat slow and clunky. Its the only place I have to watch face off..... but this app needs a lot of work, the restarting issue is disgraceful.
Yea this is undoubtedly THE most USELESS app ever created like ever. There are about 7000 effing CLIPS and no entire episodes except for perhaps a few. I wanted to binge on Magicians. I love that show. You seriously only have five damn episodes and then it's like the middle of the season 2! Are you kidding me!!! Just shut down this app. Fire whoever is behind the launch of this trash app and hire some new, fresh creative thinkers to help you start all the way over. At this juncture, this app just simply should not exist and I will never download this app again. Putting out this garbage for us to use and still sleeping at night like you're winning??? Omg I'm embarrassed FOR you! I'd have waaay too much pride and honor to put something so half-assed out there with my name slapped across it! Where is your pride???? So sad and pathetic. I'd be suicidal if I was responsible for this because everyone would know that I was a talentless loser wasting everyone's time! Shut down this app for heaven's sake and save face while you still can. It's worthless and shouldn't exist! I'm pissed and you should be ashamed. Smh
The update needed up the ability to "fast forward" you use to be able to advance by the 10 sec button or drag the button to a timeframe if you try that now it starts all over from the beginning.
Only having 1 episode of a show is worthless. Sometimes they have 7 episodes 3 in season 1 and 4 in season 5. Yeah. That'll help. Dumb app
I use this every few months. Every time I have to remove and reinstall the app because it no longer seems to be able to start videos.
Could never get logged in to watch anything even though my cable provider account works. This app never let me log in. Grrr..

Thank you. This app was so slow I couldn't even touch anything or try to adjust the playback settings without it freezing or crashing!!
App hangs every time I try to enter Setting on main menu on my GalaxyTab3. Want to enable cellular playback, but unable to get to it (in Settings).
The app was updated and now they got rid of a lot of shows. It stinks!

What happened to all the the ghost hunting and hunter shows and having all these old shows that only have like 3 episode that were canceled back in 2013 or 14 it needs a show update instead of how the app looks
Well, I was finally able to sign in, and then it closed. I restarted it and it closed again. This keeps happening any time I click on a show or my watchlist or an episode or the settings. Also, they only have part of seasons available. This is the worst app I've used in a while. A shame, really.

Thank you. The lack of a "continue watching" option is absurd. Lucky for me, the only show I want to watch is Face Off. No other show offers the entirety of the series. Shows like Z Nation have 103 Clips. CLIPS! ranging from seconds in length to 3m. The load time is longer than most of the clips are. Guaranteed one ad per commercial break will be twice the volume of programming. ZERO old Sci-fi series; only a limited selection from the small amount of current Syfy shows. View this as a companion app for Hulu. It's barely worth the memory space. And because they can, APP NEEDS ACCESS TO MEDIA, PHOTOS AND VIDEOS, in order to login with your cable provider. ... Oh ok.
