Utter rubbish since its upgraded from the old App which had no issues, this "New" is a catastrophe, wouldn't recognise my account so had to create a new one, once created couldn't add my rewards card only option was to ring!!!!!! Seriously who designed and tested this!!!!! Emailed support who replied 14 days ago to say it would be sorted within 7 days and 15 days later still not sorted. A complete and utter heap of rubbish, the App is basically thier website so why bother with an App just make the website responsive and adaptive in design. It's an App for the sake of an App with no benefits. The "old" app was far better at least it worked
Don't do many reviews, but thought I'd reassure people that the App does work with rewards for life as it did with the old App. I had same problem as others, but when I uninstalled the App and then reinstalled, logged in and it now works great. I am guessing the problem only occured to those that got updated from old App. Anyone installing from fresh would not have to reinstall of course. One negative is any vouchers you have need to be added manually to the basket. For me this should be automatic. But otherwise it's great. :-)
Won't recognise my reward card when the older version of app did. Had to re-register every time I open the app as it keeps saying my email doesn't exist when I've ordered countless times online. Absolutely useless and a waste of time. Uninstalling as does nothing that i need it to 👿👿
Not sure why there are so many complaints about this updated app I much prefer it to what it was before! There is some tiding up to be done however, you have the ability to add things to favourites but there is no favourites tab to click on in the drop down menu. Conversely there is a wish list tab in the drop down menu but no way of adding items to your wishlist. It seems as if this has been rushed through and not much thought been given to continuity. You can however access your rewards for life QR code and coupons when you login, so not sure what all the fuss is about? All in all not bad but requires improvement.
Atrocious. You should be ASHAMED. It's 2017 and you've STILL not managed to sort out a decent app for your customers. There are all sorts of issues. The cart randomly clears. Errors (ie, misspellings). Seemingly missing text. I performed a search for "whey protein" powders and, instead of a photograph of a container of such, there was instead a photograph of mascara. What are you doing?!
Not happy with the update my card, rewards and coupons have all gone. Now when I log in it doesn't even recognise my account telling me an account does not exist with the details. I've had an account and it was working fine until this update. It takes ages to find anything,which is not good when all I wanted was to scan my card and leave the shop. Stood at the till waiting for a minute until staff had to ask if they could find it on the computer. Would have been really embarrassed if there were more people in the shop waiting behind me.
