Utter rubbish since its upgraded from the old App which had no issues, this "New" is a catastrophe, wouldn't recognise my account so had to create a new one, once created couldn't add my rewards card only option was to ring!!!!!! Seriously who designed and tested this!!!!! Emailed support who replied 14 days ago to say it would be sorted within 7 days and 15 days later still not sorted. A complete and utter heap of rubbish, the App is basically thier website so why bother with an App just make the website responsive and adaptive in design. It's an App for the sake of an App with no benefits. The "old" app was far better at least it worked
Don't do many reviews, but thought I'd reassure people that the App does work with rewards for life as it did with the old App. I had same problem as others, but when I uninstalled the App and then reinstalled, logged in and it now works great. I am guessing the problem only occured to those that got updated from old App. Anyone installing from fresh would not have to reinstall of course. One negative is any vouchers you have need to be added manually to the basket. For me this should be automatic. But otherwise it's great. :-)
I have a rewards for life card. App won't let me register it unless I call an expensive 0370 number. Pointless having
Old app was excellent. This one is utter rubbish. Takes to long to find your card on the new one.
Absolutely awfull. Old app worked perfectly. Have tried uninstalling and installing again. Doesn't work so will be uninstalling for good. Sort your app out Holland and Barrett!!!!
New update no longer recognises my account, though I still receive emails from Home&B. Shall be taking my custom elsewhere then
