Ratings and reviews

Put in an order, was missing three items and got the wrong item as well. While contacting customer service I was told I wouldn't be reimbursed as I asked two many times, which doesn't make any sense as it was my first time with an order. Ended chat when I questioned the logic. Absolutely not okay, will most likely not use app again and will be letting others know they're better
