New update on mobile app now just spins on home screen and won't even take me to the main page. I have to use the web app only now until it's fixed
This app was great in the few few months. Now I spend each morning waiting for it to load. This app has become useless because it won't open.
Don't understand? If you are having problems with this app (or any other) why do so many people give it 3-5 stars. If it's poor be honest and only give one star, but not more than two.
Errors Won't connect to any of my other accounts, good concept, but needs a TON of work. Honestly Mint or Prism has this trumped by a long shot
Works great, but... Connects to my accounts, works great. One suggestion, if the app could be made so rotation can be controlled, that would be great.
2 Stars for HelloWallet Mobile App. The Desktop version is more like 4 Stars. The Mobile app has several issues - 1. Crashes constantly. Crashed at least 20 times tonight, and probably way more. I reported maybe 4 and tried to report more, but the app even crashes while your trying to submit the last crash / feedback form. (My other apps are working perfectly right now, so the issue is not my tablet.) 2. Takes ~60 seconds to load categories list when you're trying to correct an existing transaction (e.g. updating home to travel category) 3. Takes ~10-15+ minutes to refresh your financial / bank accounts 4. It's glitchy, and you may need to perform the same action 3 or 4 times for one edit to stick. Desktop and Mobile Feedback 1. It would be great to adjust budgets month by month. 2. Financial accounts have sync errors even when you haven't changed your login / password info every 1 or 2 months (eg ACS) 3. No sync compatibility with Morgan Stanley stock connect. You have to manually add / update this account as a workaround. Customer Service previously claimed that my internet connection is the problem with the amount loading BUT their website works perfectly / quickly on laptops/desktops when using the same connection. I usually switch to my laptop when it gets glitchy, but I don't have my laptop for the next couple of weeks. It's been about a year of experiencing these ongoing issues. It seems like HelloWallet won't have any sticking power as more and more people switch to using their phones and tablets over their laptops. It's sad, since the desktop version is so great.
* Enhanced: Profile, Settings, and Sign Out have been moved from the menu to the top right corner of the dashboard, under the person icon. This is a transitionary step toward a new navigation structure that we're excited to release in the next month or two, so stay tuned!
* Enhanced: Payment Tracker and Score have been moved from the menu and are now accessible through the dashboard.
