Excellent Customer Service Absolutely happy with NDrive customer service! They answered my question and solved the issue I described, in less than 24 hours. That's what I call customer oriented approach. The map of Sweden needs to get updated and that's the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5. Keep up the good work!
No updates...often more lost than you are... It's quite confusing to be lost in middle of big city with 60's car and realize that navigator barely even knows what is that city. Can't trust that navi anymore. Have to go to shop and buy good one. Last update 6/2010. World changes map-file doesn't. It's sad. When working its good value for money(I paid 10e).
Needs update! Works but, sometimes the arrow jumps to another street while driving in another, this can be annoying, because then the the speech tells you to do strange things. I paid for this and there are no new updates and that is a shame!
Extremely Recommended Good app, excellent customer service The app is good very helpful. It guided me great through streets of Toledo, Madrid and Barcelona. MOREOVER, it worked in the stateside on dirt roads of upstate NY. THERE ARE SMALL GLITCHES as with any navigation, but this is far cheaper. However, NDRIVE customer service is excellent. I had 9 warranty replacements and the customer service each time guided me carefully and patiently on a very short notice.
No updates Time running, ways changing. There is one thing never changes: My frozen app NDrive. Weird and very old... App that never minds users.
they will take your money and turn away I purchased the so-called lifetime map subscription on the now deceased ndrive webstore a while back. Turns out the serial number I payed for no longer works after little over a year, and I could no longer use it when I needed a reinstall. Ndrive support couldn't even be bothered to reply when I contacted them on this issue. Sleazy scum business practice. Stay clear!
