It doesn't show my subscription anymore... App had undergone some update, & suddenly I see myself as a basic member despite being a paid subscriber... No response from support team either...

The app doesn't let you buy premium subscription since the past few months. Another member from my family (Kishore Jasotani) posted this issue in his review and the app support said in reply that the app is going through changes and that they will contact him soon but he didn't receive any email even after so many weeks. I am sure that they will lie in the same way in response to this review. Customer support never answers any calls or mails. Worst customer support ever, careless & disingenuous!

App is not allowing renewing my subscription and there is zero Customer Support -> I was a premium user of this app for a long time. My subscription expired in August 2025 and I haven't been able to renew it since because the option to buy premium subscription is no longer there. I have contacted customer support multiple times through different channels and haven't recieved any response even after waiting for many weeks. It's as if the app is dead and nobody from NDTV cares about it anymore.
