Great Camera App for Moto X 2014 This app is, without question, the best camera app on the Play Store. I've been through dozens as my Moto X 2014 has a crappy camera software. This app provides picture processing that is comparable or superior to my previous iOS experience with a iPhone 5s on my Moto X 2014. Spend the money; you'll be glad you did.
Is it an abandonware app now? After half a year, I'm not sure if fixes or the promised V2 will be ever released? First there was a mess when the devs tried to charge for a V2 of the same app, then they recognized it was a bad move and said wold continue updating and upgrading the original app for all customers, now it seems it is just an abandoned project.
Good, but no updates! I cannot describe how important this app has been and how much more amazing it makes my photos. I am shooting pictures from a horrible 4mp camera with nothing to make it impressive e.g. ultrapixels. However, with this app I have had people ask me which camera I use. I say I use a smartphone and they are awestruck. EDIT: No update in 6 months... Disappointed.
Initially nagging for license / Good camera function This is a really good camera app - after trying a lot. In addition to camera features and intuitive interface I appreciate that it does NOT exhibit the silly front-camera quick-exchange button. I had previously complained about the online license check but I acknowledge this is done only once, sorry. Still not really needed after purchasing, right?
Disappointing... I bought the app after extensive research and careful analysis of all user reviews. As a nature landscape photographer, HDR is a relevant feature for me. Well, HDR simply doesn't work on my Galaxy S4. I attempted to reach technical support via email but so far have not heard back from the developer. Frustrating. Back to Perfectly Clear for now and looking forward to being reimbursed soon.
Great app! Simple UI w/lots of powerful controls. I was looking for something that would allow my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2) to behave more like my Olympus point & shoot camera. I wanted lots of controls that are easy to figure out and access quickly, but I wanted the controls to be out of the way when framing shots. This app accomplishes these goals. Clean, simple, powerful. And, more importantly for me, I wasn't forced to "join a community" of some sort to share pictures, engage in bogus contests for marketing purposes, etc. It's well worth the money spent. And for those of you complaining about no video... it has a one-click icon that activates my tablet's native video mode. So you'll get your video that way. Buy it! It won't disappoint you!
