Commercial based ransomware! I was a neat customer before they started publishing to the cloud and required a subscription service. Once they upgrade the software for my pc and android, I was locked out of mg own files ON MY OWN COMPUTER. Forcing customers to pay to access their own files on their own computer is the very definition of ransomware.
Site sucks, slow, unresponsive, hard to navigate, prompts don't work, missing tabs, doesn't not allow you to pay your bill.
As long as you are at their priority subscription you wont be able to wait longer on phone, chat and via email. I had been using the latest version the NeatCloud and i find it very essential to track all my expense. This app is awesome, hassle free . I am a business subuser so whenever i need help phone call is unlimited to this. So its easy to talk to their tech support. The advantage of this is pretty fair i can have it with 5 users my user and 4 other users who can access my accout and its so easy for work and businesses i had 2 co workers and 2 relatieves who can scan and verify every expense on my business and at work with that i am very happy to be at peace with my family. No worries so keep it up and more.updates to come. God Bless you all.
It's great concept but only when it works. Download are long and stop often. Loses imaging often. Also needs to be seriously looked into to make fixes. Their solution for everything is to uninstall app and reinstalling loosing everything in you inbox which is still trying to process or struck. Starting again and again is frustrating, since you pay for something to make life easier and it just makes things more difficult.
App has been getting worse as the "upgrade" versions. I've been a subscriber since the beginning and this company continues to drop the ball. Receipts get locked in the cloud and never fully process. For a subscription based service they have intentionally made it close to impossible to receive technical support. I do not recommend using this company.
2 complaints about this app. You can't combine 2 different scans together in the app (like a medical invoice and then the receipt for paying it), but you can from the desktop software. You can only save to their cloud instead of your choice of cloud servers (outlook, Google). We should be able to save to the cloud of our choice and be able to access the files from those locations as well. Clearly if I want to find things faster I will use the neat app, but if I choose to no longer subscribe I need to be able to get to my scans.
