The pc software won't sync. Try calling tech support and I get a message sorry having technical issues and hangs up. I have been using the program for over 10 years and it seems to be getting worse. Now I have have to pay for a subscription service and I only find out by mistake becouse I was on there website and saw the notice. I am becoming disappointed with there tech support
I love NEAT I use neat on all my devices, and at home via the desktop scanner. I love NEAT, and HAVE ZERO problems. I do suggest that new users take time using the parent appplicatino (I prefer the browser, using my desktop NEAT scanner), and organize the folders you will use across all devices. I have a folder for Home Repairs, Personal Bills, Business Expenses, Business Bills, Personal Health, Pets, Vehicle Expenses, Travel, Groceries, and more, but these are my 'top level' folders, some having subfolders (Pets i.g. has each animal by name). If you spend time setting up the app, then it is so easy to use the app across all devices, and send your docs straight to the respective folder for easy filing and retreval. I love NEAT. The scanner cleans and crops all your receipts, too. I highly recommend Neat, as a VERY SMART, User friendly receipt Management tool!
Never been more unhappy Wanted this program for 7 years before I finally purchased it. Finally made the lunge. Was super happy but when the desktop updated, no one bothered to update the mobile version so I HAVE NO DOCUMENTS ANYMORE ON MY PHONE. As a person who travels for a living this is terrible. No one to contact for customer service. No return emails. Very unhappy and will be telling EVERYONE I KNOW!!!!!!
neat mobile the customer service absolutely SUCKS!! i had to call four times just to get the computer to understand the spelling of my last name. it's only four letters long, there's no reason for the computer to not understand it. then i'm told that i can't speak to a live operator. there are only so many things that a computer can tell you in regards to tech support before you actually need to speak to an actual person. after all the money i spent on your device i would expect that i would be able to speak to someone when something is going wrong. get someone on the phone to speak to, even if just to confirm the spelling of one's name and the email they have. this is NOT good service support!!
Can't get it to consistently work I LOVE this concept and definitely want it to work. Problem is the software will not allow me to log on. Even worse is there is no human being to talk to when the problem is beyond chat and help screens. Very poor service level. Amazing that this is a cloud based company with no one to help. Please fix the software, I want to use my scanner.
Cant even create an account Just installed....cant create account...tells me to sign in with my HP connect acct...doesnt work...i gave it a good 1/2 hour try...
