Rainy Days shows you weather radar doppler observations from multiple sources on a fully interactive map. You can zoom in, pan and search for locations.

Rainy Days uses multiple sources of data, not one map for the whole world. This gives you the most recent data for your location. Therefore, Rainy Days works best when zooming in to your local area.

Rainy Days uses real doppler observations and only falls back to satellite sourced data for areas without any doppler radars present.

I've had Rainy Days for way over a decade now. It just shows you where the rain is, and it works. Way more accurate to watch the rain coming in, than looking at forecasts. New maps update fast, within about 4 minutes of the data point. Personally, I set the smoothing off, and a short animation length. Can't give it less than 5*, when it has been so helpful, so many times, and I use it most days.

User for many years. I would give 5 stars but just now I received the most annoying popup imaginable. I understand you need to ask about cookies. I understand you present an "accept all" button. But I do not want to give consent to anyone. That means clicking and scrolling through a near endless list, unchecking a gazillion boxes. Give the user also a "deny all" button please. I understand the reason you don't, but I hate it. Present me the popup 1 more time and your app is gone from my phone!

Hi! I just found where you wanted me to e-mail you with details about the glitch I experienced. Wasn't ignoring you, I just now saw your response. How do I e-mail you? I see no vehicle for such. Just had to delete app and re-install again due to glitch where state borders and major roads not visible on map. Working now. No, clouds were not covering borders and major roads. They just became invisible in places.
