Convenient and the drivers are nice. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the way they have you pay. It doesn't show you your total until they pick it up- not even an estimate. For a $11 meal I ended up paying a surprising $30 after their fee plus the tip. Tell me that before I hit submit, devs, not after the guy gives me my food.
This app is super convenient. Unlike other food delivery apps it is easy to customize items or order items off the menu as you aren't restricted to what is listed. I've found that sometimes the options or menus listed on other apps haven't caught up to what's current, giving favor a clear advantage in ordering. I have also used their store item delivery. Specifically to have ice and sodas delivered when parties have run out. It's quick and easy this way.
The app and the drivers need improvement. They change who your driver is. They are slow getting to the store, I've always had to reheat me food once it gets here. It's way to expensive. Convenience wise it's cool but you are spending more than you would if you pick it up your self.
I live one mile from a P. Terry's but due to a medical procedure, I could go there myself. I looked it up on Favor, but unlike other restaurants listed on favor, it had not delivery charges listed, so I had no idea how much the delivery fee was unit *after* I received the food and was asked to pay. So I had to pay $6 delivery fee plus tip for Fast Food to be delivered 1 mile from house, and it took like 35+ minutes to reach me? This is stupid.
Wouldnt let me see my total unless if I entered in my card info and placed the order. That's right guys-- you have to pay BEFORE you can see how much you're going to pay. Where's the logic? Bad app, greedy creators.
Customer care never picks up the phone and takes a really long time to respond via text or email. Most runners are also terrible and will cancel orders for no reason. Go with doordash or Postmates instead.
Minor bug fixes to some merchant menus layout and some general improvements!
