I think the app and desktop functionality should be better. It's definitely behind on the functions compared to other delivery apps. Some bugs made it frustrating and I almost didn't order. For example, the desktop kept loading and buffering, so I had to switch to my phone and it did the same thing. I had to keep closing the app to push my order through.

Favor has the most unreliable service out of any of the food delivery apps, at least here in Abilene, TX. It's nearly impossible to get a runner and when you do, you're lucky if they stick with the order, or that the place you ordered from is even open anymore. Absolutely abismal completion rate.

Deceptive and shady! Free delivery? NOPE! 1) They made two instant withdrawals totaling $75 for an order that cost $17.05. 2) They didn't say there would be a $2.99 service fee during the order and I was looking for it. 3) They automatically tipped the driver nearly $7. There was no place to update it before or after the order. 4) They don't list Favor or the restaurant on your bank statement. It's just letters and numbers so you have to figure it out! NEVER AGAIN! UNINSTALLING!
