Ratings and reviews

Always late. Even with high tips. If you talk to customer service they'll give you a whole $5 credit for when your delivery is 2hrs late for an HEB order. Doordash is so much faster and gives you way more credit than $5. Do not get your HEB orders through Favor. It's better to use the pick up option than ordering for delivery. Late every single time with items missing.

I have had this app for years, and almost every other time I order something goes wrong. They either get the item wrong, it never gets delivered, or I wait over 2 hours to get my order. The Help/Support is very helpful and always refunds or compensates me somehow, but then I have to order again, and it costs more time waiting for another delivery

I am not sure if it was the transition from the Favor IP to HEB, but my first order experience has been dismal. After several attempts using my existing phone number and getting verification codes to order food for my teenager, it failed enough to lock me out. I had to manually reset my password and bypass their automated verification system. This was after a 15 minute lockout time. Then, once I was able to place the order, the app triplicated my order because of the previous failed attempts.
