First time using it but ot doesnt tell you how much you will be charged. Then when ordering food it just prefills 2 sides when i have option of different sides there isnt a way to change it unless i add custom item and no guarantee that is what im going to order. For these reasons i didnt even place an order. Needs better organization.
I love it i use it all the time. I can get pretty much anything i want. The runners are very friendly and give text updates and can add things if you want to add something after you already sent the order. The only down side is that the delivery fee is 6 dollars not including tip. But there is some places with 3 and 1 dollar delivery fees. And you dont get your total till after you get your food.
Really appreciate that Favor started with a solid tech stack and have continued to successfully iterate. Never had a bad experience - no security problems with payment and consistent quality with boots on the ground contract employees. My one complaint is the steady rise of surge charges - it's not an easy task by any means, but keep trying to find ways to keep your overhead/operating costs low as you scale to incentivize the millennial crowd to join! Very slow and throw tips in if you're not paying attention. Just stick to uber eats or grub hub. Or go get yourself if Favors is your only choice. Never have had a good experience with this app. Please do better especially since you tack on tips automatically
Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Ordered BWW's, it was delivered to the wrong apartment (even though the numbers are very large, and on each door) and when nobody answered, the guy just left it at that apartment. When I contacted support, it took then 15 minutes to even respond to me, and they said they'd give me a credit to my account for the food I never received. It's now been 5 days, and still no credit has been applied, and they haven't responded in 3 hours to me.
Ordered while at work, and unable to leave from a fast food restaurant across the street... delivery time was estimated 45 to 60 minutes from the time I ordered... 60 minutes after ordering the estimated delivery time had changed 4 time and was no saying it would be 2 HOURS after the time I ordered. The restaurant I had ordered from has a delivery time of 25 minutes with uber... I tried to contact customer service to get a real ETA and unfortunately customer services response time was just as slow as the drivers...
