I wish I could ATTACH a photo of what you WILL see if you Ever Decide to get out of the app while using it and go back in, TIME CONSUMING AND sLLLLLLLLLow app!! The SAD PART they just did an "update".So Slow when you open it, Every Time!!!! Every time I open it, It takes FOREVER to load. Never have any issues loading on Any other platform except this one, Which is super frustrating... BUT- Love the platform though!!!!. Great support for runners and always have that communication open when needed

On my second favor run, the digital card on my phone was not accepted by the register at the restaurant I was picking up from. Customer support said my options were: 1. to pay for the order myself and get reimbursed or 2. Cancel the order, making my completion rate 50% which will be considered in assigning me future orders. They also said there is no way to adjust my completion rate manually. Turns out I needed to add the card to my digital wallet. you cannot use it from inside the favor app.

This app is great when it works. But when it doesn't, it doesn't. Support is hard to get a hold of since they have no number to call, and the email queue is abysmally slow. This is the only delivery app I know of that has critical errors to the degree where you can't even log back in to log out and turn off the notifications from being annoying. Their technical team really needs to step it up, then this app will be perfect.
